• App-specific profile optimization including bio and prompt writing
• Photo recommendations and do's and don'ts tailored to your recommended app

Important: The Service provides recommendations and optimization advice. We do not generate or create new photos. We analyze your existing photos and provide feedback, recommendations, and optimized text content (bio and prompts) specifically tailored to your recommended dating app. The Service does not guarantee matches, dating success, or any specific outcomes.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Service does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Increased matches on dating platforms
• Improved dating success
• Specific results from using generated images

Results may vary based on individual profiles, dating app algorithms, and other factors beyond our control.

6. No Affiliation with Dating Platforms

FirstCrush AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any dating platform or app, including but not limited to Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, or any other dating service. We are an independent service provider.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload images of other people without their explicit consent
• Use the Service to impersonate another person
• Upload images that violate any laws or regulations
• Upload images containing explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Use generated images in a manner that violates third-party rights or terms of service

8. Third-Party Platform Usage

You are solely responsible for how you use generated images on third-party platforms, including dating apps. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of generated images on third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspension, violations of platform terms, or any other issues.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstCrush AI and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the Service or generated images, including but not limited to:

• Use of generated images on dating platforms
• Violations of third-party platform terms of service
• Any outcomes or results from using the Service
